BioCog AI is in beta, providing diagnostic reports for patients with unexplained symptoms
Review the profile below - if it describes you, you're welcome to join.
Your symptoms have lasted at least three months and may be:
Your symptoms don't fit neatly into one diagnosis or affect different parts of your body at the same time. If you've been told your presentation is "medically unexplained" or "functional", this applies to you.
For examples, see below.
Therapies you've tried haven't provided real relief:
You may or may not already have a diagnosis. Having another diagnosis does NOT exclude you. This includes no diagnosis yet, incomplete diagnosis, or one that doesn't fully explain your symptoms.
Millions of people live with persistent symptoms that remain unexplained. They see multiple specialists, undergo repeated blood tests, scans, and procedures, and still end up without a diagnosis or a clear path forward. This research study takes a different approach. Instead of comparing you to the "average patient", we look for what might be driving symptoms in your own biology. NIH research suggests that ~35% of difficult medical cases can be solved when combining a patient's DNA with detailed symptom and medical-history information. In this study, we collect your DNA (saliva sample), your complete medical record, and your symptom tracking. We then use our cutting-edge medical AI to analyse these data together and generate research hypotheses and potential mechanistic explanations for your underlying symptoms, specific to your unique biology.
